Greek Myths

It's been days that i want to write about an amazing theater performance

and i've realised that next week it's coming to an end (unless it gets an extention).

So if you are in Athens these days, here is what you can do with your child and have a great time together!

 

Theseus and Ariadne on the island of bulls is a very impressive theater performance.

Greek mythology is so reach and full of imagination with countless myths but one of the most famous is Theseus and the Minotaur.

We went last March with friends and my son still talks about it, i was very impressed too. I have nothing but good words to say about the actors. Costumes and sets were amazing and  the whole production was very attentive

 

 

Nevertheless if you don't manage to go i have also another suggestion in order to get your kid familiar with the ancient Greek myths.
Papadopoulos publications have created this series for little kids regarding Greek myths, with simple lyrics and funny illustration. At the end of the book there are also activities for children of preschool and first elementary age.
